Yuhan Zhao (赵予晗)
Yuhan joined Liu group in 2024. Her research lies at the intersection of
reproductive medicine and nanodrug delivery, with a focus on intelligent
nanomedicine platforms for the treatment of female reproductive system
diseases.
Ruyu Chang (常如玉)
Ruyu joined Liu group in 2025. Her research focuses on the structure–function relationships of self-assembled nanomaterials in biomedical applications. She has published three papers as first author in high-impact international journals, including the Journal of Membrane Science, and holds three authorized invention patents.

Yuqin Wang (王玉琴)
Ph.D.Candidate in Biotechnology and Engineering, Nankai University. Joined the research group in 2024. Her research focuses on antibacterial and anti-inflammatory biomedical materials.
Qing Wang (王晴)
Ph.D.Candidate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Nankai University. Joined the research group in 2025. Her research focuses on the construction of dynamically crosslinked, stimuli-responsive nanoplatforms and their precise regulation of inflammatory microenvironments. She was awarded the Meibao Outstanding Ph.D.
Student Scholarship in 2024.
Haoyue Wu (吴皓玥)
Ph.D.Candidate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Nankai University
(2025–present); M.S. in Oral Clinical Medicine (2022–2025). She joined the research group in 2022. Her research focuses on the application of biomedical polymeric materials for the treatment of oral diseases. She has published four papers as an independent first author in high-impact international journals, including ACS Nano, and holds four authorized invention patents. She received funding from the 2025 National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Student Basic Research Program (Ph.D. level) and was awarded the title of Outstanding Graduate of Nankai University.
Fanglu Yu (于方路)
Ph.D.Candidate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Nankai University. Fanglu joined the research group in 2025. Her research focuses on bacterial surface modification based on dynamic covalent chemistry.
Ziwei Hu (胡紫微)
Ph.D.Candidate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Nankai University. Ziwei joined the research group in 2025. Her research focuses on the design and biomedical applications of antibody-conjugated nanoparticles.
Master students
Chang Gao (高畅)
Chang joined the research group in 2023. Her research focuses on lipid nanoassemblies for antifungal therapy and inflammation modulation. She has published two papers in high-impact international journals, including Advanced Materials.
Jiyang Chen (陈激扬)
Master’s Student at the First Clinical Medical College, Wenzhou Medical University. Joined the research group in 2024. He is currently focused on integrating multi-omics analyses with deep learning to identify synergistic targets in self-assembled nanoparticle systems for the treatment of osteoporosis. As a co-author, he has published four SCI-indexed papers in journals including Nano Research and Computers in Biology and Medicine.
Haisheng Yu (于海生)
M.S.Candidate in Chemical Engineering, Nankai University. Joined the research group in 2024. His research focuses on antibacterial nanomedicines.
Yi Wu (吴怡)
M.S.Candidate in Immunology, Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities. Joined the research group in 2025. Her research mainly focuses on antibacterial studies.
